All of our pork products are made locally, at Matkins Meats in Caswell County, Weeping Radish in Jarvisburg, NC, and at Eco Friendly Foods in Virginia. We don’t use any preservatives in our sausage, and the casings are all natural. Fat content varies by sausage and breed type. Our Hot Sausages have a kick, but aren’t too spicy (regularly eaten by Enid and Quinn, the 6 year olds) so the flavor of the meat still shines through.
